About the SSD

The Dammeron Valley Fire Special Service District was established in 2013 with the purpose of providing structural and wildland firefighting service, as well as Emergency Medical Services to the residents of Dammeron Valley.

 

The SSD is overseen by a five-member Administrative Control Board appointed by the Washington County Commission.

 

The Administrative Control Board meets monthly. Please visit the SSD Board's page on Utah.gov to view schedules, agendas, and previous meeting recordings. You can also sign up for notifications of scheduled meetings there or on our Events page.

The Dammeron Valley Fire SSD supports Dammeron Valley Fire & Rescue, which provides fire and emergency medical response to Dammeron Valley, Brookside, Diamond Valley, Gunlock, and Veyo

To provide the community of Dammeron Valley and the District's designated response area effective, competent, timely, and reliable fire and emergency medical services.

Our Board

Members of the Dammeron Valley Fire Special Service District Administrative Control Board are appointed by the Washington County Commission and serve two-year or four-year terms.
